These Terms govern your use of FollowMyCircle, a group navigation and location-sharing app.
Use Safely
FollowMyCircle is designed to help groups coordinate trips, share location, and navigate more safely. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while driving. Obey traffic laws and use CarPlay, voice guidance, or a passenger whenever possible.
Navigation and Location Accuracy
Maps, directions, ETAs, locations, speed, movement status, and nearby places may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or affected by device settings, signal, roads, weather, traffic, third-party services, or battery limits. You are responsible for safe driving decisions.
Not for Emergencies
FollowMyCircle is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to contact police, fire, medical, roadside, or rescue services. If you need emergency help, contact emergency services directly.
Accounts and Circles
You are responsible for your account, the circles you create or join, and the people you invite. Only invite people you trust. Do not use FollowMyCircle to stalk, harass, track, or monitor anyone without proper consent and legal authority.
Your Content
You are responsible for names, photos, messages, pings, routes, and other content you add. Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. You grant FollowMyCircle permission to process your content only as needed to operate FollowMyCircle.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the FollowMyCircle Privacy Policy.
Service Changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, security, compliance, or app quality.

FollowMyCircle is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, FollowMyCircle disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
